We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong iGaming background to join one of our partner team.

📅 Your daily adventures include
- Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resources;
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes to ensure consistent execution;
- Manage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers;
- Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings;
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and risks;
- Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion.

🧭 What makes you a great match
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry ;
- Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams;
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt them to business needs;
- Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation;
- Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies;
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks;
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
- Result-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively under pressure;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
