- Negotiating tasks, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues with CMS, issuers, auditors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Managing and monitoring subcontractor activities, ensuring work quality, alignment with standards, and adherence to timelines.
- Overseeing vendor management and collections operations, including financial data handling, billing, payment tracking, outreach, and compliance coordination with systems such as HIGLAS, Pay.gov, EPS, MIDAS, and OPERA.
- Operating within a cybersecurity-compliant, FedRAMP-certified environment involving Salesforce, AWS, Bulk API processes, secure data exchanges, and multiple external integrations (CMS Portal, HIOS, MATS, HIGLAS, EPS, MIDAS, Opera).
- Maintaining comprehensive program documentation; oversee development of user training, communications, webinars, and outreach materials.
- Supporting operational metrics reporting, help desk analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Expanding program integrity and analytical sophistication by strengthening data-driven capabilities (including areas such as enhanced FWA detection) to proactively identify risks and improve overall program performance.
