Program Associate

Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Associate to join our growing team in Peoria, IL. As a Program Associate with Resource Innovations, you will provide vital administrative and outreach support for our partnerships with several Community Based Organizations on energy efficiency and clean energy programs in Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and program partners, supporting communication and engagement with utility energy efficiency programs.
- Assist with outreach, partner engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
- Represent the utility and program at community events, outreach activities, and partner meetings by staffing information tables, engaging with the public, and providing program information and support.
- Collect, review, and maintain program data, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project activities, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using database systems and project tracking tools.
- Review partner activities and documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.

- Identify and escalate issues, recommend solutions, and communicate potential scheduling or project conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data, process, and documentation issues to ensure successful program execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
