Production & Quality Specialist (Seed)

We are looking for a Finished Goods Production & Quality Specialist to join our Operations / Supply Chain team and help manage the day-to-day execution of our seed packet production program.

This role sits at the intersection of production, quality, inventory, logistics, and replenishment. You will work closely with copackers, suppliers, warehouses, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure the right products are produced in the right quantities, meet quality and packaging specifications, and are available when and where they are needed.

You will own the operational follow-through of production POs from creation through receipt, maintain visibility to finished-goods inventory across our network, coordinate production and logistics, and identify supply or service risks before they impact customers.

The role also has significant responsibility for e-commerce and Amazon replenishment, including Amazon FBA inventory and the availability of seed packets needed for Amazon bundle production.

Quality is a key part of the role. You will monitor finished packets against established specifications, investigate quality issues, coordinate corrective actions with production partners, and ensure issues are documented and resolved.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. You should enjoy working with data, solving operational problems, communicating with external partners, and driving issues through to completion.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on production performance, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, and operating cost as we continue to scale our seed business.
