Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Product Owner to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of our Commerce platform. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business objectives into well-defined product requirements while ensuring successful execution across Agile teams. This role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience using Agile product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Figma, Lucidchart , and reporting dashboards. The Product Owner will own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives based on business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital commerce capabilities. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership - Own and manage the product backlog for Commerce initiatives. - Translate business strategies into clear Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. - Prioritize backlog items based on customer value, business impact, risk, and technical dependencies. - Define product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and business leadership. - Ensure product vision is understood across engineering and business teams. Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary liaison between: - Business teams - Engineering - UX/UI - Architecture - QA - Operations - Executive Leadership Reporting & Communication Produce executive-quality reports including: - Sprint Status Reports - Release Reports - Product KPI Dashboards - Roadmap Updates - Dependency Tracking - RAID Logs - Executive Steering Committee presentations - Delivery Metrics - Velocity Reports - Burndown/Burnup Charts - Feature Adoption Reports - Communicate complex technical topics in simple business language - Develop concise executive presentations with actionable insights and recommendations.
