About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality questions across QA/VARC/DILR/LR/DI

2. Develop structured study material, concept notes, and practice modules

3. Design sectional tests, full-length mocks, and practice sets for:

CAT, NMAT, SNAP, XAT, CET, CUET, and other exams

4. Test, validate, and benchmark mock papers and question difficulty levels

5. Review, improve, and optimize existing content and question banks

6. Ensure academic accuracy, exam-alignment, and quality benchmarks

7. Structure learning journeys and preparation paths for different exams

8. Work on academic product development (LMS, dashboards, learning systems)

9. Analyze learner performance data to improve content quality

10. Collaborate closely with IIM and IIT alumni, senior faculty, and academic leaders for:

- Content validation

- Difficulty benchmarking

- Academic standardization

- Quality assurance

11. Get academic material reviewed, tested, and refined by IIMs & IIT passouts

12. Support curriculum updates, versioning, and continuous academic improvements
