Product Manager
You must be able to work from Georgia β the posting restricts this role to applicants there.
We're hiring a Product Manager to own product scope and delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements at Bolder Apps. You'll work directly with US-based startups and established companies while our engineering teams, increasingly AI-augmented, build. We want someone who's done this before in an agency or consultancy setting, juggling different clients, different products, and different priorities without dropping the ball. If you've managed technical products where the client relationship and the delivery timeline both mattered, we want to talk.
About Us
Bolder Apps is a product development studio that partners with US-based startups and established companies to build and scale innovative digital products. We specialize in AI-powered development, full-cycle product creation, and engineering team augmentation. Our mission is simple: build bolder, faster, and smarter.
Our Culture & Values (read before applying)
We move fast. We take ownership. We work with AI, not against it. And we expect everyone to bring ideas, not wait for instructions.
There are no daily checklists, no micromanagement, and no corporate politics. Instead, you'll have autonomy, trust, and a team that's always ready to help you grow. At Bolder Apps, impact matters more than titles, and curiosity matters more than seniority.
If you want a place where you can level up fast and actually see your work making a difference, welcome aboard.
Responsibilities
- Own product scope and delivery for multiple concurrent client engagements, each with its own priorities, stakeholders, and roadmap
- Run the day-to-day of software and mobile app development projects: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release coordination
- Sit between the client and the engineering team. Translate business asks into technical scope and technical constraints back into plain language for the client
- Track budget, timeline, and scope on every project and flag risk before it becomes a problem, not after
- Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs so nothing ships without a real check
- Keep project documentation, specs, and status current enough that anyone on the team can pick up context without a meeting
- Run client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours
- Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines instead of just absorbing them
This role requires you to be in Georgia. If that means relocating or flying in, it is worth checking fares before you commit to a start date.
