β¨ TL;DR - Why this role matters
We're hiring our first dedicated commercial owner for one of Scribe's enterprise products, Scribe Optimize. We're looking for someone who treats adoption and revenue as a number they're accountable for every day, not just around a launch. You'll own the full commercial lifecycle of Optimize, from launch messaging and sales proofs of concept, to figuring out why teams aren't using Optimize to its fullest potential β and changing that. This is a highly cross-functional, highly visible role for someone who knows what moving a number actually takes, and who loves to build the programs no one else thought of to move the needle.
π About the Role
You're a builder who will take full commercial ownership of one of Scribe's enterprise products, Optimize , from how we bring it to market to how we grow its success over time. You close the gap between what Scribe Optimize can do and what our customers and prospects need to do through sharp positioning, strategic marketing launches, creative campaigns, and relentless focus on adoption and revenue. You don't wait for a launch calendar to drive impact. When there's no new functionality shipping, you're already asking: why aren't more teams using what we have? What would drive expansion? What story haven't we told yet?
π What We're Looking For
- Must haves:
- Youβve done this before . 5+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, or in a combination of Product Marketing and Product Management or Product Strategy (we care more about how you think than where you've been). You have a strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales-assisted motions, plus comfort in a fast-growing startup environment. You've worked in or alongside product, growth, or revenue operations and understand what actually moves deals.
- You feel an extreme sense of ownership . You think about marketing the way a GM thinks about a business, always anchoring to a number and thinking about impact. You show a high degree of creativity in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. When there's no launch on the calendar, you don't wait. You find the lever and build out the program.
- You are a storyteller. You have a deep love of the written word and have exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. You have your finger on the pulse of AI developments and cultural conversations, and you have a keen ability to understand the audience and distill key messages to persuade them to take action. You put the customers at the center of everything you do.
- You influence across functions . You love to lead, and collaborate seamlessly across functions with high EQ (emotional intelligence). Your creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and ambition inspires others to work with you. You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions.
- You're strategic and analytical . You connect quantitative and qualitative insights and can build a POV that holds up in front of the exec team and can be pressure-tested in a spreadsheet. Youβre comfortable getting hands-on with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Customer.io , and Mixpanel, and you learnings to improve our messaging, positioning, and public material throughout the funnel
