Product Engineer (Full-Stack / Agentic AI)
About the Role
A well-funded European PropTech company building an AI-native operating system for short-term and holiday rental management is looking for a Product Engineer to join a lean, high-impact team. You'll design and ship agentic AI systems that observe, decide, and act on real-world property operations โ with humans in the loop. This is a central, full-ownership role: you'll modernise legacy systems, redesign data structures, and turn messy operational workflows into reliable, autonomous software.
What You'll Do
-
Own features end-to-end โ from requirement gathering through to production-ready shipping.
-
Design and build agentic AI workflows covering guest communication (chat and voice), operational decisions, and property tasks.
-
Modernise legacy systems and redesign data structures to meet evolving product requirements.
-
Shadow real operational workflows to surface inefficiencies, hidden steps, and workarounds.
-
Translate complex, messy processes into clean, scalable software.
-
Scope, ship, and iterate โ driving solutions independently rather than working from a ticket queue.
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep product and engineering aligned.
-
Operate with high agency and ownership, delivering results rapidly and safely.

-
Comfort working in an agentic engineering style โ e.g. running multiple agents, parallel terminals, and AI coding assistants.
-

-
Ability to self-manage: plan work, communicate progress, and flag blockers proactively.
-
Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication skills.
