We're seeking an experienced physician and medical practice coach to work with medical students and physicians navigating training and career decisions. This role includes guiding students through residency planning, board certification, and licensing requirements, as well as building clinical knowledge around medications and treatment approaches used in practice. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help physicians land the right role and grow their professional network. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a physician, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
