Job duties include, but are not limited to, managing client billing and ensuring procedures are billed according to contracts, reviewing and updating client statements as necessary, printing and mailing all paper and secondary claims, scanning documents to patient accounts, and reviewing correspondence and following up as needed. They will perform these duties while meeting the mission and goals of the organization, as well as meeting the regulatory compliance requirements. Job Responsibilities : - Billing Associate Specialists responsibilities include managing client billing and ensuring procedures are billed according to contracts, reviewing and updating client statements as necessary, printing and mailing all paper and secondary claims, scanning documents to patient accounts, and reviewing correspondence and following up as needed. - Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Education: - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience: - 1 to 3 Years​ - Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. - This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
