- Diploma or High School qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in personal banking, telesales, relationship management, or customer service.
- Experience in promoting and selling personal loan products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of personal banking products and market practices.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
