Jump 450 is looking for a Performance Marketing Recruiter to help us hire elite talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations. You’ll partner closely with recruiting leadership, People Operations, and hiring managers to turn hiring needs into focused searches and guide candidates from first conversation through offer.

We hold a high bar for hiring. Our process is designed to understand how candidates think, what they’ve personally executed, and the results they can deliver for our clients. You’ll play a central role in that assessment while building relationships that keep great candidates engaged through a thorough, multistage process.

What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and what exceptional performance looks like in each position.
- Own searches from sourcing through offer, including outreach, recruiter screens, candidate assessment, hiring team partnership, feedback, and closing conversations.
- Find and engage passive candidates through targeted research, personalized outreach, referrals, and long-term relationship building.
- Recruit across paid media, performance marketing, creative, and other agency functions, developing a strong understanding of the platforms, hands-on skills, and results required for each role.
- Lead initial interviews that explore candidates’ personal contributions, technical depth, judgment, career goals, and compensation expectations.

- Present candidates to hiring teams with clear, evidence-based recommendations, including relevant strengths and areas to explore further.
- Guide candidates through a process that includes technical assessments, culture interviews, and executive conversations. Help them understand each stage and stay engaged throughout.
- Partner with the recruiting coordinator on interview logistics while remaining the candidate’s primary point of contact for substantive updates, questions, and feedback.
- Work with interviewers to gather timely, specific feedback, address open questions, and keep hiring decisions moving.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, feedback, and pipeline stages in Workable.
- Use Workday to track requisitions and support accurate hiring records, approvals, and offer processes.

- Keep job descriptions and requisition details current as roles and hiring priorities change.
- Support compensation and offer conversations, and help ensure a smooth handoff after a candidate accepts.
- Use AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows while applying independent judgment to candidate evaluation and communication.
- Identify ways to improve our assessment process, candidate experience, and recruiting operations.

- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, including experience at a marketing or advertising agency, staffing agency, or in another fast-paced environment.
- A track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates for specialized roles.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and managing multiple searches with different priorities and stakeholders.
- The ability to evaluate what candidates have personally done, how deeply they understand their craft, and whether their experience matches the needs of the role.
- Strong interviewing skills and the confidence to ask follow-up questions that get beyond rehearsed answers.
- Sound judgment about when to advocate for a candidate, raise a concern, or recalibrate a search.
- Strong candidate management skills, including clear communication through a thorough interview process.

- Comfort discussing compensation, navigating offer conversations, and helping candidates make informed decisions.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail across candidate pipelines, requisitions, and hiring systems.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workable and Workday is a plus.
- Curiosity about new recruiting tools, including practical uses of AI.
