Reports to: Director of Digital
Location: Remote - US & Canada.
About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to manage our customer acquisition and retention. You will own channel-level budgets, run campaigns, and directly run a high cadence of creative and platform experiments. AI and automation fluency is central to the role. You will use AI tools to manage more platforms and run more tests than a traditional single-operator setup would allow.
Success in the first 3-6 months means a mature testing cadence across core platforms, and early progress on reporting visibility for organic and owned channels.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day management of paid acquisition and retention channels: Meta, Pinterest, and Google, with potential expansion into TikTok and AppLovin.
- Run a high cadence of creative and channel-level experiments across platforms, proactively filling capacity with testing and expansion.
- Manage cost-to-performance ratio directly, with real budget accountability and autonomy over spending decisions.
- Use AI tools to automate reporting, testing, and optimization workflows, enabling one person to effectively manage multiple platforms at scale.
- Partner with the broader team on connecting systems and workflows, not just running ads in isolation, building on current AI-driven initiatives across the portfolio.
- Explore GEO/AEO (generative engine optimization / answer engine optimization) as an emerging acquisition channel.
- Help build reporting visibility into organic and owned channels (email, SMS, organic social) so leadership can see the full picture of what is driving performance versus what is stagnating.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and at least one additional platform (Pinterest, TikTok, or similar).
- Comfort managing channel-level budget and being accountable for cost-to-performance outcomes.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting automation, or workflow acceleration.
- Demonstrated self-direction: you will not have day-to-day oversight on budget decisions and need to proactively fill capacity with testing and expansion rather than waiting for direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with organic/algorithmic-side marketing in addition to paid โ understanding both sides, not just paid execution.
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO or interest in emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
- Experience in DTC or ecommerce environments managing multi-platform budgets.
- Prior experience functioning as a shared-services resource across multiple brands.

-
Real Ownership: Full ownership of channel performance and budget โ you are the decision-maker, not an agency liaison.
-

-
