Performance Marketer (WFH)
About the job:
We're looking for a Performance Marketer to take ownership of our paid acquisition and help us scale campaigns profitably. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable looking at numbers, identifying what's working (and what isn't), and making changes based on data rather than just running campaigns.
You'll work closely with the growth/marketing team and have the flexibility to manage your own working hours, as long as campaigns are actively monitored and deliverables are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
2. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
3. Analyze campaign, audience, creative, and funnel performance.
4. Continuously test audiences, creatives, copy, placements, and campaign structures.
5. Identify and scale high-performing campaigns.
6. Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
7. Focus on improving lead quality rather than only increasing lead volume.
8. Track the complete funnel from ad to lead, qualified lead, and conversion.
9. Share regular performance reports and actionable insights.
10. Work with the Marketing team on landing pages, creatives, and offers as required.
11. Help build a repeatable and scalable paid acquisition system.
What You'll Get:
1. Fully remote
2. Flexible working hours
3. Direct access to the marketing/growth team
4. Ownership over performance marketing
5. Opportunity to experiment, test, and build campaigns rather than just execute instructions
