PEGA Business Architekt

For our client in Zurich/Vienna, we are looking for a PEGA Business Architect (70%).
Your tasks:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and business departments

- Facilitate workshops and requirements elicitation sessions to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement

- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective PEGA solution designs

- Model, analyze, and optimize business processes using industry best practices

- Define user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on process automation and digital transformation initiatives

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, System Architects, Developers, and QA teams

- Ensure adherence to PEGA delivery methodologies, governance, and best practices

- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and solution deployment

- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the PEGA platform and related business processe

Your profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Several years of professional experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role

- Proven experience working with the PEGA Platform

- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives

- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban

- Familiarity with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN)

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities

- Fluent in English; German is considered an advantage
