Payroll Manager

A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a full-time, remote Payroll Manager to join their team!

- Compensation:$120k - $135k + 10% bonus target

The Payroll Manager Job Details:

- Full-time, direct hire position

- Remote

- Must work core hours of 8a/5p EST/CT

- Hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving operational excellence, process improvement, audit readiness, and payroll transformation initiatives.

The Payroll Manager Requirements:

- Must have at least 5 years of payroll leadership experience with direct responsibility for end-to-end payroll operations

- Managed complex multi-state, multi-site payrolls for organizations is very desirable

- Led payroll teams, developed staff, and managed performance.

- Strong expertise in payroll compliance, audits, tax reporting, garnishments, W-2 processing, and payroll controls.

- Experience with enterprise payroll systems, preferably UKG systems

- Experience partnering closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, Benefits, and HRIS/IT stakeholders.

- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
