Position type: Full-Time
Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time

We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and patient-focused Physical Therapy Patient Care Coordinator to provide virtual reception, patient coordination, clinical documentation, and administrative support for a busy U.S.-based physical therapy practice.
As a key point of contact for patients, you will help create a smooth and positive experience from the moment they call the practice. You will manage inbound patient calls in real time, answer general inquiries, route calls appropriately, coordinate appointments, return missed calls, and provide timely appointment reminders and confirmations.
A significant part of this role also involves clinical documentation and charting. You will take accurate notes, summarize patient sessions, and assist with maintaining complete and organized clinical records using WebPT. Because this position combines patient-facing responsibilities with documentation, the ideal candidate can confidently transition between phone calls, scheduling, charting, and administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
The practice serves patients across different age groups, including older adults. We are looking for someone who communicates with patience, empathy, and professionalism and understands how important a positive patient experience is in a physical therapy setting.
If you have healthcare experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients while keeping clinical operations organized, we'd love to hear from you.
