We're adding a Paid Media Specialist to bring our paid advertising capabilities in-house and help our clients launch strong ad programs.

Role Summary

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own and manage Huemor's paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms. This role replaces an external vendor relationship, so you'll be the go-to person for all things paid media internally. Over time, you'll also support our web clients by building initial ad strategies and campaign setups as part of a productized service offering.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with a clear path to broader impact. You'll sit within the marketing function and collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and our client-facing teams.

What You'll Do

Core: Huemor's Paid Media

-Own day-to-day management of Huemor's Google Ads campaigns (search, display, Performance Max)

-Manage bidding strategies, budgets, keyword research, negative keyword lists, and audience targeting

-Plan and execute A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and creative

-Monitor spend daily, flag pacing issues, and optimize toward ROAS and CPA targets

-Track and report campaign performance weekly and monthly to leadership

-Manage conversion tracking setup and maintenance (GA4, Google Tag Manager)

-Collaborate with internal design and content teams on landing pages and ad creative

-Stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and AI-driven bidding strategies

Client Ad Services

-Build initial Google Ads campaign strategies for Huemor's web clients as a productized service

-Set up campaigns, ad groups, targeting, and tracking for client accounts

-Create clear documentation and handoff materials so clients can manage campaigns independently

-For clients on a maintenance retainer, execute ad updates and optimizations as requested

-Communicate strategy and performance in plain language to non-technical client stakeholders

Reporting & Collaboration

-Build and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and client campaigns

-Partner with the sales team to scope paid media service offerings for prospective clients

-Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing on paid media best practices

What You Bring

Required

-2 to 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads campaign management (search, display, shopping, or Performance Max)

-2 to 3+ years of hands-on social ad campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok etc)

-Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad budgets and optimize toward defined KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR)

-Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager

-Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy selection, and ad copy testing

-Ability to explain campaign strategy and performance clearly to non-technical audiences

-Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally

-Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice to Have

-Experience at a digital agency or managing campaigns for multiple brands

-Familiarity with Microsoft Ads (Bing)

-Google Ads certification(s)

-Demonstrated experience with ad creatives (image or video)

-Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles

-Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic work together

-Experience building campaign strategies from scratch for new accounts

-Google Agency Hub - My Client Center experience

-As much availability to work 9 am - 5 pm EST
