Outreach and Appointment Setting Specialist

We are looking for an Outreach and Appointment Setting Specialist to support a provider of branded merchandise, commercial printing, and global fulfillment for corporate departments such as human resources, marketing, executive administration, and sales. The company is a preferred supplier to about 18 companies, and contacts at those companies may not know about all of its services.

In this role, you will contact people by phone and email, mostly through warm calling to existing names and records, to generate awareness and book introductory meetings. Depending on your background, the role may grow to include leading initial calls and account management for some companies. This is a full-time, remote role working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time. More hires may be added depending on results.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and email contacts at client companies, mostly from existing names and records, to build awareness of services
- Schedule introductory meetings and appointments for the hiring manager
- Research and build additional contact lists
- Run outreach in Zoho CRM and RingCentral
- Handle prospects independently if you have industry experience
- Potentially lead initial calls with prospects
- Expand into account management for some companies, depending on background

Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a highly neutral or minimal accent for client-facing work
- Experience with Zoho CRM and RingCentral
- Able to work full-time, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern Time
- Based in the Philippines, working remotely
- Experience in branded merchandise or commercial printing (preferred)
- Marketing experience (preferred)
