Overview

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to play a key role in Lead Generation and Client acquisition. You will be the first point of contact for Prospective SME clients - Introducing our Services, qualifying leads and arranging appointments for the Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to identify Client needs and present outlet's solutions.

- Lead Qualification: Identify and assess prospects for suitability and potential for further engagement.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads and ensure smooth handover to the Business Development team.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow ups and lead progress.

- Relationship nurturing: Maintain engagement with prospects through timely follow ups and meaningful communication.

- Marketing insights: Provide feedback from prospective clients’ interaction to refine and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

- Experience: minimum 1 year in Telemarketing, inside sales or outbound client engagement

- Communication skills: Clear, confident and persuasive with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections professionally.

- Results-oriented: Self-motivated, energetic and target driven (Call volumes and appointment targets)

- Business curiosity: Interested in Digital & AI solutions and their role in supporting business growth

- Team Player: Works collaboratively and contributes positively to team culture.
