Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter (Part-Time, US Hours) – Real Estate Photo & Video Company

About us

Charlotte Real Estate Media (CREM) is a fast-growing real estate photography and video company in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. We've shot 2,000+ listings and worked with 550+ real estate agents. We deliver photos, video, drone and 3D tours the very next day.

The role

You'll call real estate agents in the Charlotte area, introduce our company, and book them for a photo/video shoot. You won't be guessing who to call: our system gives you a ready list every day, dials for you, shows you exactly what to say, and records results. Your job is to bring the energy and start great conversations.

• About 50 calls per day

• 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

• Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Eastern Time (9:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippine time)

• Calls are made from your computer (web browser), no phone needed

• Long-term, part-time contractor role

Who we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English: strong grammar, natural flow, and easy to understand on the first try by American listeners. A clear, neutral accent is important for this role, since agents d ---------- in the first 5 seconds whether to keep listening.

• High energy, friendly and fun. You smile while you talk and people can hear it.

• Confident, not shy. You enjoy talking to new people and you're comfortable hearing "no" and moving on with a positive attitude.

• Reliable: you show up on time for every shift.

• Cold calling, appointment setting or sales experience is a big plus (US clients preferred).

What you need

• A computer with Google Chrome

• A USB headset with a noise-cancelling microphone (no laptop mic or Bluetooth earbuds)

• Stable internet: at least 10 Mbps upload, preferably wired, plus a backup (mobile hotspot)

• A quiet room to work from during your shift

Pay

• $7 USD per hour (20 hours/week ≈ $140/week)

• PLUS commission: 5% of every paid shoot you book (average shoot price is $600)

• Paid via Wise

How the commission works

When you book a real estate agent who has never worked with us before, that agent becomes "yours" for 90 days. You earn 5% of the full price of every paid shoot they book with us during those 90 days, not just the first one.

Example: you book an agent for a $600 shoot, and you earn $30. If that agent books 4 shoots in the next 90 days, you earn about $120 from that one agent. Commission is earned once the agent pays for the shoot. (Free promotional shoots don't earn commission.)

How to apply (required)

1. Record a 60–90 second video of yourself (face on camera, using your headset if you have one):

• Introduce yourself and tell us about any calling or sales experience

• Then read this out loud, like you're on a real call:

"Hi Jessica, this is [your name] with Charlotte Real Estate Media! I saw your new listing on Oak Street, congrats! We help agents get listings sold faster with photos, video and drone, delivered the next day. Do you have a quick minute?"

2. Upload it to YouTube (unlisted), Google Drive or Loom, and make sure the link is viewable.

3. In your application, include:

• Your video link

• Your internet speed test screenshot (speedtest.net)

• Your headset brand/model (or "don't have one yet")

• The word "SPARKLE" at the top of your message, so we know you read the whole post
