Job description:

At least 5 years of in-depth experience (Techno-functional) in Oracle-Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc) .

At least 3 years of AMS experience of (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc)

Technical knowledge Unix script , PLSQL ProC, Oracle Forms / ADF.

Hands on experience of resolving L2 and L3 tickets , independently

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

Knowledge of Batches , critical path , batch scheduler is required.

Monitor batch processes, interfaces, and data flows to ensure smooth business operations.

Support release deployments, smoke testing, and post-production validation.

Identify process automation and operational efficiency opportunities.

Drive reduction in recurring incidents through preventive actions.

Flexible in working in shift.

Experince of Jira stories , Git-hub and DevOps
