Operations & Marketing Coordinator | Local Tide + GoodMart

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized coordinator to support operations across two growing Seattle restaurants. This is not a traditional VA role — we want someone comfortable with AI, automation, marketing, recruiting, and getting things done independently.

What You’ll Own

* Recruiting: job posts, applicant screening, interview scheduling & follow-up

* Marketing: social media, Google Business, reviews, email /SMS campaigns

* Inbox management: organize, draft responses & track follow-ups

* Operations: trackers, reports, SOPs & project follow-through

* AI & automation: use ChatGPT and other tools to automate repetitive work

* General support for the Head of Operations

* Strong with Google Workspace, Slack & social media
