About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day office operations, documentation, vendor coordination, and task tracking.

2. Support the Founder's Office in scheduling, communication, and execution of projects.

3. Manage data, reports, follow-ups, and ensure smooth workflow across teams.

4. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and basic HR/admin tasks.

5. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external partners when needed.

6. Oversee logistics, meetings, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

7. Take ownership of small projects marketing coordination, financial tracking, or team events.

Other Requirements:
- 1. We are seeking candidates for a multi-faceted role, preferably with an MBA degree; full-time graduates who are enthusiastic about working in a diverse role are encouraged to apply
- 2. Candidates from a commerce background with full-time regular undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, coupled with knowledge of digital tools and a background in operations, are highly desirable
- 3. People coming from technology backgrounds
- 4. Good knowledge of digital marketing
- 5. Good oral and written communication skills with some prior work experience will be preferred
- 6. Multifaceted role with prior internship or job experience
- 7. People coming from tech backgrounds or professional programs like BBA or MBA shall be preferred, along with prior work experience
