We’re Hiring: Ecommerce Operations Manager and Client success manager

Our company places store managers to run and grow our clients’ eBay, Amazon, and Walmart stores.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee those managers, maintain service quality, and hold the team accountable for store performance.

**Previous experience personally managing dropshipping stores is required.** You must understand the work firsthand, including product research, listings, fulfillment, profitability, account health, and resolving account issues.

**Your responsibilities**

• Oversee store managers and verify they are completing listings, fulfilling orders, uploading tracking, and managing customer service correctly.

• Make sure every manager submits accurate end of day reports covering completed work, sales, profit, issues, and next steps.

• Review actual store activity to verify reports and identify problems early.

• Hold managers accountable for each store’s agreed targets, including monthly goals such as $5,000 in revenue and $2,000 in profit after the established ramp period.

• Create improvement plans for underperforming managers and remove or replace them when they consistently fail to meet expectations.

• Make sure clients receive clear updates, timely responses, and professional communication.

• Monitor account health and proactively reduce the risk of suspensions, restrictions, listing violations, and fulfillment issues through compliant operating practices.

• Lead the resolution of account suspensions and restrictions, including identifying the cause, gathering documentation, preparing appeals, and following through with platform support.

• Arrange paid appeal assistance when needed and coordinate payment within an approved company budget.

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate additional store managers.

• Train managers and verify their skills through practical assessments before assigning them real client stores.

• Maintain procedures, performance dashboards, and a smooth handover process when replacing managers.

**Required experience**

• Proven experience personally operating and growing dropshipping stores on eBay, Amazon, or Walmart. Clearly state which platforms you have managed.

• Strong knowledge of product research, listing optimization, supplier management, order fulfillment, and profit tracking.

• Experience preventing account issues and handling restrictions, suspensions, and appeals.

• Experience leading teams, reviewing performance, and holding managers accountable.

• Strong client communication skills, including handling concerns and explaining performance clearly.

• Ability to provide evidence of previous results and communication quality.
