About the job:
We are looking for passionate, skilled online teachers to deliver engaging live classes for students aged 9 to 15, based on the candidate's experience and teaching ability. This role focuses purely on teaching, with no administrative or non-teaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver interactive and engaging online classes as per the assigned age group.

2. Maintain a high-energy, student-friendly learning environment.

3. Encourage participation, curiosity, and confidence in students.

4. Follow the provided curriculum and teaching guidelines.

5. Track basic student progress and classroom engagement.

6. Focus on concept-based learning and subject-focused teaching for higher-grade mathematics.

7. Ensure a teaching-only role with no additional administrative workload.

Class Setup

1. A proper class setup is required only after the candidate is shortlisted.

2. The setup includes a whiteboard, webcam, neckband/headset, and proper lighting.

3. The company will share the whiteboard size and specifications.

Note:

1. Part-time duration requires 6 hours of availability.

2. Salary: 25,000- 50,000 per month (depending on time commitment and number of sessions).
