We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter who is confident on the phone and comfortable reaching out to potential candidates.

Weekend availability is required.

This is a high-activity role for someone who is persistent, organized, and able to work independently.

• Making outbound calls

• Messaging potential candidates

• Leaving effective voi cemail s

• Following up consistently

• Screening interested candidates

• Keeping candidates organized

• Working toward daily and weekly recruiting goals
