Middle 3D Generalist Artist

The candidate should have demonstrable experience creating any kind of 3D asset in different styles and pipelines specifically among the videogame industry.  As a Mid 3D Generalist artist, is expected to be capable of following a pipeline with few lead overview. You will be responsible for the creation of different types of assets such as characters or environment props. As a mid it could be required to assist the juniors in some punctual task and completing estimations or other documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Generate high quality models (both hard surface and organic) and textures from concepts and photos.
- Interpret and push concept designs to the next level while bringing new ideas to the table.
- Consistently achieve high quality visual goals while working independently as needed.
- Work closely with designers to meet both gameplay and art direction needs.
- Work closely with technical art to develop new or improve upon current techniques in order to enhance visual quality.
