Mental Health Counselor (Spanish Speaking)

Job description
Small Joys provides integrated behavioral health services partnering with primary and specialty care physicians. We are currently hiring mental health counselors for a full time role.
Responsibilities:
- Administers intake sessions, treatment plans & follow up sessions
- Documents clinical notes following standardized templates
- Discuss care plan and patient outcomes with psychiatrist
- Act as a bridge between behavioral health care team and primary care physicians
- Actively manage ‘Registry’ to track the hours spent on every patient for billing
- Collaborative with family members of patients to gather patient history as and when necessary
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Master's degree in clinical psychology or related field
- Master of Social Work (MSW) is also considered
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Only English speaking candidates are also welcome to apply
Location:
· Remote for 5 days/week
This is a 1099 contractual position.
