The Talent-First Hiring Approach

We are adopting an open-pool, talent-first search to build out our global core AI team across multiple levels of seniority. Rather than fitting exceptional engineers and researchers into rigid titles upfront, candidates are evaluated holistically based on their technical depth, problem-solving abilities, and potential impact. Final roles and levels will be tailored to each candidate’s unique skillset and experience.
Core Impact Tracks

Candidates will be evaluated for placement across one or more of the following six impact domains:

Data Engineering: Architect high-throughput data pipelines and power our Enterprise Knowledge Graph to handle petabyte-scale enterprise operational data.

Software Engineering: Construct high-performance software frameworks and architectural blueprints that enable hundreds of engineers to safely and predictably ship AI capabilities.

Machine Learning: Benchmark, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art connectionist neural networks, foundation models, and vector infrastructures at scale.

Forecasting: Develop predictive time-series models and statistical engines to drive high-accuracy demand planning across global supply networks.

Optimization: Design deterministic, constraint-based solvers and algorithmic planning engines to automate complex enterprise decisions.

Agentic AI: Architect state-of-the-art agentic workflows and multi-agent systems to support autonomous enterprise planning and the APEX operating model.

What we look for

Deep Technical Foundations: Strong engineering or research background with a proven track record of building and transforming software platforms or complex algorithms.
