About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality mathematics lesson videos for school students, explaining concepts step by step using OpenBoard or similar digital whiteboard software.

2. Solve mathematical problems, write expressions, draw diagrams, and develop clear, student-friendly worked examples.

3. Record lessons with clear spoken English, good pronunciation, and effective teaching techniques.

4. Ensure mathematical accuracy, logical explanations, correct terminology, and high-quality presentation in every lesson.

5. Use AI tools and digital resources to support lesson planning and educational content creation.

6. Review and improve lesson videos based on feedback from the academic team.

7. Follow Ezyxam's lesson structure, curriculum requirements, content guidelines, and production schedules.

8. Help create mathematics learning materials for Australian school students.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- 2. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- 3. Strong mathematics knowledge and the ability to explain concepts simply and accurately.
- 4. Excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, and confident communication skills.
- 5. A genuine interest in teaching and helping school students learn.
- 6. Willingness to learn OpenBoard or similar digital whiteboard software.
- 7. Familiarity with AI tools for educational content creation.
- 8. Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, NAPLAN, NSW Opportunity Class, or NSW Selective examinations is an added advantage.
- 9. Must have a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet environment suitable for recording lessons.
- 10. Must be available for a full-time remote internship and meet agreed content-production targets.
