Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.

With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.

What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor.

Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.

At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.

Mission

You’ll join our Live Portfolio team , focused on bringing fresh energy to established games that don’t rely on continuous new content. Your role will be to reimagine existing creatives, identify new opportunities, and turn them into high-performing assets.

Working closely with the UA (User Acquisition) team , you’ll use performance insights to guide creative production and ensure ideas are built around what genuinely drives results.

-
Refresh and reinvent existing creatives through art revamps, new hooks, storytelling approaches, and trend-driven iterations.

-
Master the first three seconds by understanding what captures attention and continuously testing stronger hooks.

-
Bring multiple creative directions to the table , giving the team meaningful options to react to, test, and develop.

-
Benchmark relentlessly against top-performing creatives in the genre and stay ahead of emerging visual and creative trends.

-
Own high-quality video production end-to-end , creating compelling assets across both 2D and 3D.

-
Apply strong visual storytelling through composition, color, animation, pacing, staging, and overall art direction.

-
Push creative thinking further by challenging briefs, questioning assumptions, and proposing stronger alternatives.

-
Work within a structured, iterative creative roadmap , continuously incorporating UA performance data and learnings to improve future production.

The goal is simple: make existing games feel fresh, relevant, and impossible to scroll past. Contract setup: This is a full-time freelance opportunity, structured around project needs, with flexible duration depending on the scope and evolution of the projects.
Requirements

- 2–3+ years of experience as a Marketing Video Artist, Motion Designer, or similar role, ideally within mobile gaming or performance-driven ad creative production.

- Solid animation fundamentals with a strong understanding of composition, color theory, animation principles, pacing, and a sharp visual eye.

- A solution-oriented mindset — comfortable making the most of existing assets and finding creative opportunities without waiting for the perfect brief or a new set of resources.

- Curiosity and a will
