Marketing Partnership Manager — Value-Based Care

Position Overview

The Marketing Partnership Manager is a strategic, market-facing role responsible for supporting growth, partner engagement, and market presence across a multi-state Medicare Advantage and value-based care organization. The role focuses on VBC and ACO growth through strong relationships with health plans, brokers, providers, community organizations, and other strategic partners.

Working in close partnership with Corporate Marketing, Operations, and Market Leadership, this position brings market and partner insights into enterprise marketing strategies and helps translate corporate initiatives into effective local market activation. The role is not solely responsible for brand or collateral development, but serves as a critical bridge between Corporate Marketing and external partners and markets.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth

- Partner with Corporate Marketing to develop and execute multi-state marketing and growth strategies supporting Medicare Advantage enrollment, engagement, and retention.

- Bring market intelligence, partner insights, competitive trends, and growth opportunities to Corporate Marketing and leadership.

- Support the activation of corporate brand, messaging, campaigns, events, and marketing programs within local markets.

- Help translate the organization’s value-based care model, clinical capabilities, and value proposition into compelling market and partner messaging.

- Identify opportunities to expand awareness and engagement among Medicare-eligible seniors, caregivers, providers, brokers, and community organizations.

Partner, Health Plan & Broker Relations

- Build and manage strategic relationships with Medicare Advantage health plans, brokers, providers, community organizations, and other growth partners .

- Serve as a key marketing liaison between external partners, market leadership, and Corporate Marketing.

- Identify and develop co-marketing, educational, community outreach, and business growth opportunities with strategic partners.

- Partner with Corporate Marketing on health plan and broker communications, sales enablement, presentations, campaigns, and other partner-facing resources.

- Support broker education and engagement to strengthen awareness, referrals, and market penetration.

Market & Community Engagement

- Represent the organization at health plan, broker, provider, community, and industry events.

- Develop market-specific partnership strategies while ensuring alignment with enterprise brand and marketing objectives.

- Gather and communicate feedback from partners and markets to inform organizational strategy and marketing priorities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Operations, Clinical, Network, and Corporate Marketing teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of healthcare marketing, strategic partnerships,
