Marketing Operations Lead
This is a remote position.
Transforming strategic growth objectives into compelling multi-channel creative initiatives, this remote role takes ownership of content planning and delivery across client accounts and brand strategy. Working directly alongside co-founders, the position focuses on generating high-impact written, visual, and short-form video assets tailored to engage targeted audiences across the built environment and related sectors.
Operating on a part-time basis (75 hours per month), this role balances creative conceptualisation with hands-on execution. The position drives end-to-end campaign delivery, translating technical expertise and business vision into accessible thought-leadership content, social campaigns, and multi-format collateral.
Key Responsibilities

Own content planning, strategy execution, and delivery across multiple accounts and internal brand channels.

Generate original content concepts, angles, hooks, and campaign messaging aligned with client growth targets.

Write high-quality social copy, long-form articles, blogs, and thought-leadership pieces tailored to specific target audiences.

Ghostwrite messaging for directors, co-founders, and subject-matter experts, accurately capturing distinct voices and tones.

Create and edit visual assets, graphics, and short-form video materials to support campaign execution across channels.

Conduct structured interviews with clients and technical specialists to convert complex insights into engaging content.

Repurpose podcasts, workshops, long-form articles, and video content into multi-format marketing assets.

Manage day-to-day campaign timelines, coordinate support resources or freelancers, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Research industry trends, target markets, competitors, and audience insights to uncover fresh content opportunities.

Review performance metrics to analyse campaign output and optimize future creative strategy.

Contribute to continuous improvement of internal content processes and delivery frameworks as operations scale.
Essential Requirements

Approximately 4 to 6+ years of experience in a content-led, creative, or integrated marketing role (agency-side or in-house).

A portfolio demonstrating creative range across written, visual, and video content.

Demonstrated copywriting capabilities across diverse formats and channels.

Experience planning, executing, and managing content initiatives across multiple channels.

Proven capability to translate commercial objectives or loose briefs into executed creative output.

Strong research capabilities with the ability to understand complex or technical subject matter.

Experience using marketing technologies and artificial intelligence tools within content workflows.
Desirable Requirements

Experience working within marketing agency environments managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

Prior exposure to the built environment, construction, engineering, or property sectors.

Familiarity working with technical subject matter.
Required Software Skills

Exposure to workflow, creative, and media production tools such as ClickUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude (and other LLMs), and Riverside.fm is advantageous (Assumption).
