The Role Hylo is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to scale our presence across Crypto Twitter, drive product adoption, and grow our brand in the Solana ecosystem. You will work directly alongside the founding team to shape our marketing strategy, create content, and execute campaigns that turn attention into users, TVL, and revenue. Co-manage Hylo s X presence, publishing 2–3 posts daily with the team. Track narratives, spot trends, and react quickly with relevant content. AI & Creative. Use AI to create visuals, videos, and content, build tools, and automate workflows. Work with our creative studio on larger productions. GTM & Distribution. Lead product launches and marketing campaigns. Coordinate KOLs, write creative briefs, and drive organic growth with minimal budget. Ecosystem & Community. Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners, build relationships across Solana, and engage with the community. Experimentation & Growth. Test new content formats and distribution channels. Track engagement, acquisition, and conversion to improve results. What You Bring Solana DeFi expertise. You re an active DeFi participant with a strong understanding of Solana, its users, trading, leverage, and yield.
