Marketing Data Analyst

ThreeTrader is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to build a reliable view of marketing performance across the complete client journey—from first interaction through registration, verification, first-time deposit and active trading.

This role will help the business understand which markets, channels, campaigns and audience segments generate genuine commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards covering acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
- Connect and analyse data from advertising platforms, websites, CRM systems, trading systems and internal databases.
- Define consistent reporting standards and data definitions across marketing teams.
- Measure performance by market, channel, campaign, creative, device and customer segment.
- Analyse the funnel from visitor to registration, KYC completion, first-time deposit and active client.
- Develop attribution models and evaluate channel incrementality.
- Monitor CAC, CPA, cost per verified client, cost per FTD, LTV, ROAS and payback period.
- Identify tracking gaps, data-quality issues and abnormal performance patterns.
- Partner with marketing teams to improve budget allocation and campaign efficiency.
- Create customer cohorts and analyse retention, deposit and trading behaviour.
- Support forecasting, target setting and annual marketing planning.
- Design measurement frameworks for experiments, promotions and new-market launches.
- Present complex analysis as clear commercial recommendations for senior management.
