About the Role

Matter Health is seeking a Market Operations Director to lead the operational and financial performance of our Georgia market.

As the senior operational leader for the market, you will oversee execution across Matter Health ’s buildings, care teams, community relationships, and payer partnerships. You will be accountable for market-level performance, including patient engagement, access, scheduling efficiency, staffing stability, capacity, productivity, and financial results.

This position operates in a dyad partnership with the Market Medical Director. The Market Medical Director owns clinical decisions, clinical quality, and patient safety, while the Market Operations Director owns operational and administrative execution. Together, both leaders share accountability for the performance of the market and the success of its care teams.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position for someone who understands value-based care, can manage complex multisite healthcare operations, and knows how to translate business priorities into consistent execution. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and financial acumen, builds trusted relationships across organizational levels, and can lead teams successfully through growth and change.
