The Role

TurbineOne is seeking a Manager, Product Quality to lead our Product Quality and Mission Validation function, ensuring every software release meets the reliability, usability, and operational standards required by military and national security customers.

- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across engineering teams.

Contribute to Test Automation

- Partner with engineering teams to define requirements and drive the development of automated testing frameworks.

- Act as a primary stakeholder for framework requirements and contribute to writing tests. While not expected to build the entire technical framework end-to-end, you will ensure these systems effectively support automated regression testing within CI/CD pipelines.

- Improve automated test coverage for backend services, APIs, user interfaces, and mission workflows.

- Partner with DevOps to integrate automated quality validation into deployment pipelines.

- Continuously improve testing efficiency while reducing manual
