POSITION SUMMARY:

- Support Strategic Initiatives: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop frameworks, and manage key payor contracting initiatives.

- Monitor Performance & Identify Opportunities: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations while identifying revenue opportunities and challenges.

- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to develop analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies.

- Present Insights & Industry Trends: Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and monitor evolving payor and demographic trends.

- Demonstrate Strong Analytical & Leadership Skills: Apply strong problem-solving, project management, communication, Microsoft Office, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

- Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.

- PMP or similar project management/process improvement certification preferred.

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and process improvement skills; experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, analyze performance data, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $86,900 - $130,200 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
