Job Summary
The Practice Manager – Identity is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of consultants and driving the successful delivery of Identity-focused professional services. This position oversees engagements related to Privileged Access Management (PAM), Cloud Identity, Endpoint Identity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and related identity security capabilities. The Practice Manager balances people leadership, delivery governance, client engagement, technical credibility, and business development to ensure the practice consistently delivers measurable value.

As the Practice Manager for Identity, you will lead a team of experienced consultants, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery of Identity solutions. You will define methodologies, oversee project execution, and contribute to business development efforts. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of Identity solutions, and the ability to connect market demand with scalable service offerings. Role Description

Lead and manage the Identity consulting team, including resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.

Oversee delivery of Identity engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Identity and access management strategies.

Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices across all Identity service offerings.

Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, proposal development, and thought leadership.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Identity offerings with organizational goals and market trends.
