Telemedi to jedna z najszybciej rosnących firm telemedycznych w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. Budujemy platformę B2B, z której korzystają ubezpieczyciele, banki i pracodawcy. Działamy na styku trzech bardzo regulowanych światów: ochrony zdrowia, ubezpieczeń i technologii — a to znaczy, że prawo jest u nas nie kosztem, tylko częścią produktu.

Szukamy osoby na początku drogi zawodowej, która chce nauczyć się rzemiosła prawniczego w wymagającym środowisku i traktuje AI jako naturalne narzędzie pracy — tak jak nasz zespół IT programuje z AI, tak dążymy by wszystkie pozostałe działy potrafiły z nim współpracować.
Requirements
Czego szukamy

To nie jest ogłoszenie o „przeklikiwanie umów". Szukamy określonego sposobu myślenia i postępowania (umiejętności technicznych i dopasowania do zasad, które cenimy w organizacji).

Krytyczne myślenie i łączenie kropek. Potrafisz wziąć przepis, kontrakt, decyzję organu i pismo drugiej strony - i zobaczyć, jak to się ze sobą łączy. Nie zatrzymujesz się na tym, „co jest napisane", tylko pytasz „co z tego wynika" i „jaka jest za tym logika; gdzie jest ryzyko, którego nikt nie nazwał". Wątpliwość traktujesz jako sygnał do drążenia, nie jako problem do pominięcia.

Sprawność proceduralna. Rozumiesz, że prawo to nie tylko treść, ale i tryb: terminy, właściwość organu, forma, kolejność kroków, droga odwoławcza.

AI jako narzędzie myślenia, nie wyręczania się. Używasz LLM-ów do tego, w czym są dobre: szybkiego przeczesania dużej ilości materiału, analizy danych, sprawdzania własnego rozumowania „pod światło". Ale wiesz, gdzie AI się myli, weryfikujesz każde źródło i bierzesz pełną odpowiedzialność za wynik. AI ma czynić Cię szybszym i bardziej wnikliwym - nie zastępować Twojego osądu.

Analiza danych. Nie boisz się arkusza, zestawienia, rejestru. Potrafisz z danych - wykazu postępowań, historii decyzji, parametrów umów - wyciągnąć wzorzec i przełożyć go na argument prawny lub rekomendację.
Zakres obowiązków

Wejdziesz w szerokie spektrum spraw obejmujących codzienne funkcjonowanie firmy:
- Analiza i przygotowywanie umów oraz dokumentów kontraktowych (B2B, dostawcy, partnerzy)
- Research prawny i przygotowywanie analiz oraz notatek na potrzeby biznesu
- Wsparcie w obszarze compliance i ochrony danych osobowych
- Udział w prowadzeniu postępowań oraz przygotowanie pism i korespondencji z organami
- Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach istotnych dla działalności firmy
- Budowanie i doskonalenie wewnętrznych narzędzi i workflowów wspieranych AI dla obsługi prawnej

- Wykształcenie prawnicze (ukończone studia lub ostatnie lata)
- Bardzo dobra umiejętność analizy tekstu i logicznego, ustrukturyzowanego myślenia
- Skrupulatność i odpowiedzialność za szczegół
- Naturalna ciekawość wobec AI i chęć włączenia jej do codziennej pracy
- Bardzo dobra polszczyzna w mowie i piśmie, dobra znajomość angielskiego
- Proaktywność i samodzielność w szukaniu odpowiedzi

Mile widziane
- Pierwsze doświadczenie (praktyki, staż) w kancelarii lub dziale prawnym
- Zainteresowanie prawem medycznym, farmaceutycznym, ochroną danych lub regulacjami sektora ubezpieczeń
- Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami AI wykraczające poza podstawowe użycie
