Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Build complex financial models using historical financial statements, operating assumptions, and detailed projections.</li><li>Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards, including U.S. GAAP.</li><li>Identify and correct accounting classifications and inconsistencies across financial reports.</li><li>Create detailed, polished, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.</li><li>Support all stages of M&A deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.</li><li>Draft clear, professional, client-facing materials in English.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout transaction processes.</li><li>Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, document preparation, and overall workflow efficiency.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>
