# Full-Time Video Editor — Philippines-Based

Foodees is seeking highly skilled, fast, and dependable video editors based in the Philippines. This is a full-time remote position for individual applicants only. We will not accept applications from agencies, outsourcing companies, teams, or representatives applying on behalf of another editor.

## Position Details

* Full-time: 40 hours per week

* Starting compensation: $400 USD per week

* Performance bonuses and compensation increases available

* Editors must remain connected by audio and video throughout the working shift for communication and collaboration

## Required Editing Skills

Applicants must be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. Experience with Canva and additional professional editing platforms such as DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or comparable software is also required.

You must be capable of producing polished, professional long-form and short-form content, including:

* Social media reels, shorts, and promotional videos

* YouTube and other long-form video content

* Podcasts and interview-based content

* Event recaps and documentary-style footage

* Commercials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns

* Multicamera productions

* Captions, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects

* Audio synchronization, cleanup, mixing, and enhancement

* Color correction and professional color grading

## Performance Expectations

This is a fast-paced production position. Applicants must be able to work very quickly without sacrificing quality. You must follow instructions accurately, meet strict deadlines, respond promptly during working hours, and manage multiple editing assignments efficiently.

Editors must be organized, dependable, receptive to feedback, and capable of completing revisions quickly. Strong attention to detail is essential. Missed deadlines, poor communication, repeated mistakes, or slow production will not meet the requirements of this position.

Applicants must have a reliable computer capable of professional video editing, dependable high-speed internet, a working camera and microphone, and a quiet location from which to work.

## English Requirement

Applicants must speak, read, write, and understand English fluently. You must be able to understand detailed editing instructions, participate in live conversations, ask clear questions, and communicate professionally with an English-speaking team.

## Required Application Materials

2. A link to your video-editing portfolio

3. Examples of both long-form and short-form editing

4. A video introduction recorded specifically for this application

5. A list of the editing programs you use

6. A description of your computer, internet connection, and editing setup

7. Your availability and preferred working hours

Your video introduction should tell us who you are, describe your editing experience, explain the types of content you edit best, and tell us why you believe you can succeed in a fast-paced production environment.

Applications without a video introduction and professional editing portfolio will not be reviewed. Do not submit work that you did not personally edit. Be prepared to explain your specific contribution to every portfolio example.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to complete a brief paid editing test before a final selection is made.
