As our network continues to grow, we are expanding our team of dedicated Local Coordinators nationwide. What You'll Do As a Local Coordinator, you will serve as the primary support person for international students, host families, and schools within your community. Key Responsibilities - Recruit and screen host families for international high school students - Build relationships with local schools and community organizations - Match students with suitable host families - Provide ongoing support to students and host families throughout the program - Act as an advocate and mediator when concerns arise - Conduct regular check-ins with students, host families, and schools - Complete monthly progress reports and required documentation - Participate in community outreach and host family recruitment initiatives - Promote cultural exchange opportunities within your local area What We're Looking For Qualifications - Seeking a flexible, work-from-home opportunity - Enjoys community involvement and relationship building - Passionate about supporting students and educational programs - Comfortable networking and recruiting within the local community - Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred Experience - Volunteer management - Community outreach - Education - Student services - Social work - Nonprofit organizations - Recruitment or sales Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Passion for helping others and making a difference in students' lives Requirements - Must reside in the United States - Valid Driver's License required - Reliable transportation for occasional local visits - Ability to work independently and maintain regular communication - Previous sales or recruiting experience preferred Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
