What we’re looking for…
This role is an opportunity to represent a respected portfolio in the market and make a visible impact on commercial performance. As a Local Business Development Manager, you will help drive growth across your territory by building strong customer partnerships, turning brand plans into effective in-store activity, and using insight to identify opportunities that strengthen sales and market presence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales KPIs including invoice revenue, new accounts, distribution gains, promotional sales, compliance, presence, display, availability, EPOS growth, and market share growth.
- Activate brand plans locally, ensuring marketing messages reach retailers and consumers and KPIs are achieved.
- Forecast sales, develop creative sales strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Build productive, long-lasting customer relationships and influence point-of-purchase execution through availability, visibility, display, and value.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing as a core priority in line with AG Barr culture.
This role requires you to be in the United Kingdom. If that means relocating or flying in, it is worth checking fares before you commit to a start date.
