We are engaging Bilingual Lithuanian Psychologist (PhD)s to contribute expertise to an innovative customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

Analyze and assess psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback and insights based on professional experience.

Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Lithuanian and English for data enrichment and model training purposes.

Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.

Native or near-native fluency in Lithuanian and English, with proven ability to navigate complex psychological terminology in both languages.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a track record of ethical decision-making.

Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating nuanced psychological concepts between Lithuanian and English.
