Location: Rhode Island (Remote/Telehealth)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

We are recruiting an independently licensed clinician for a remote telehealth role in Rhode Island. This position is ideal for a therapist who prefers structured outpatient work: scheduled sessions, clear documentation, measurable care planning, and professional standards that support consistent client care. Eligible licenses include LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC .

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions using a secure virtual platform
- Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment planning for assigned clients
- Document progress notes and clinical updates according to required timelines
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards
- Use evidence-informed interventions aligned with client needs
- Conduct risk screenings and follow safety procedures when required

Requirements
- Active Rhode Island independent license ( LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC ) in good standing
- Master’s degree in an aligned behavioral health field
- Experience providing outpatient therapy services
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication
- Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
