Legal Associate (WFH)

About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and other ancillary legal documents.

2. Support routine legal and regulatory compliance requirements for Indian entities, including MCA/ROC filings and the incorporation of Indian companies.

3. Coordinate and document board meetings, including drafting Board Resolutions and related documentation.

4. Maintain internal compliance trackers and ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.

5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and adopt a collaborative and agile approach to task management.

6. Understand and follow the company's contract management processes.

7. Assist other members of the legal team in managing work queues and timelines.

8. Support the legal team in managing technology-centric contracts, where required.
