What This Role Is

This is a research, operations, and client communication role at the core of our business. You will build and maintain lead lists, manage CRM systems, support outreach campaigns, create materials, and communicate directly with international clients.

This role requires someone who can think analytically, handle structured data with precision, navigate multiple digital tools confidently, and write professional business English without hesitation. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a clear system-driven environment — this role will suit you well.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

Lead Generation & Outreach

Find and qualify leads on LinkedIn (advanced search) and other platforms

Research companies, decision-makers, and contact details

Build, structure, and maintain accurate contact databases

CRM & Email Automation

Manage and update CRM systems — primarily HubSpot and ----------

Create and maintain sales funnels and automation workflows

Build and execute targeted email outreach campaigns, manage mailing lists

Data & Spreadsheet Management

Work with Google Sheets and Excel at a confident level — formulas, pivot tables, data structuring and cleanup

Keep all records organized, accurate, and up to date

Client Communication

Correspond with international clients via email and messaging — professionally, clearly, and on time

Coordinate tasks and follow up internally to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Presentations & Materials

Create polished presentations in Canva and PowerPoint for client pitches and internal use

Design basic marketing materials in Canva

AI & Tools

Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline research, outreach, and daily workflows

Adapt quickly to new platforms and troubleshoot minor technical issues independently

Who We're Looking For

This role is best suited for someone with a technical or analytical background — IT, engineering, data, economics, or a related field — who has strong communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role — lead generation, marketing operations, digital assistant, or technical support

Advanced English — written and spoken. You will correspond with international clients. Grammar, tone, and clarity are non-negotiable.

Expert-level Google Sheets / Excel — formulas, pivot tables, data organization

Hands-on experience with HubSpot, ---------- , or similar CRM / outreach platforms

Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint for presentation and materials creation

Strong LinkedIn search and lead generation skills

Detail-oriented, self-organized, and able to meet deadlines independently

Strong plus:

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ----------

Background in B2B marketing, tech, or PR/communications

Experience working with US or European clients directly

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro
